1. Service

FrameRise ("we", "us") provides AI-generated professional headshots. By purchasing, you agree to these terms.

2. Payment

All payments are processed securely. Prices are listed at checkout. You pay once per order — no subscriptions.

3. Delivery

Headshots are delivered to your email within 30–60 minutes of purchase. If delivery fails due to a technical error on our side, we will re-process your order at no charge.

4. Refund Policy

Due to the nature of digital goods, all sales are final once AI processing has begun. If you experience a technical failure where headshots were never delivered, contact us at support@framrise.store and we will resolve it.

5. Acceptable Use

You must upload photos of yourself only. You may not upload photos of other people without their consent. We reserve the right to cancel orders that violate this policy.

6. Intellectual Property

You own the headshots generated from your photos. We retain no rights to your images after delivery.

7. Privacy

We collect your email and uploaded photos solely to process your order. Photos are deleted after processing. See our Privacy Policy for details.

8. Limitation of Liability

FrameRise is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for your order.

9. Changes

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance.
